Founder and Director of DNG Ella Dunphy, Ella is one of Ireland’s most respected property professionals. With extensive experience in residential sales, valuations, and development consultancy, Ella founded the business on honesty, professionalism, and genuine local knowledge. Her leadership and community focus remain at the heart of everything we do.
Ciarán Dunphy
Director/Auctioneer
A qualified Auctioneer and Valuer, Ciarán combines deep industry expertise with a passion for innovation and service excellence. He oversees New Homes and Second Hand sales, valuations, and strategic development, ensuring each client receives clear, professional advice and a tailored experience.
Annette Hickey
Office Manager
Annette keeps the day-to-day operations running smoothly, ensuring clients and team members receive seamless support. Her organisational skills and customer care are invaluable to both the sales and lettings departments.
Lorraine Moloney
Rental Manager/Valuer
Lorraine leads our rentals division with professionalism and efficiency. She manages landlord and tenant relationships, ensuring every tenancy is handled with the highest standards of compliance and care.

Receptionist & Office Assistant
Lorinda provides reception and administrative support across the property team, managing client enquiries, coordinating viewings and assisting with property documentation. Known for her reliability, professionalism and attention to detail, she plays an important role in ensuring the smooth running of the office and delivering a positive client experience.

Apprentice Auctioneer
While developing her career through the Property Services apprenticeship programme Rosie has already built up vast residential sales experience. Friendly, enthusiastic and highly organised, she assists clients throughout the sales process and is committed to delivering an excellent customer experience.
